The portable, lightweight and always easy to manage 60′s Fender Princeton reverb amp has always been one of my favorite vintage Fender tube amps. It’s perfect for those last minute coffee house gigs or just sitting in with friends. This little guy breaks up early on the volume dial due to the fact that it was the only Blackface Fender amp design that incorporates a tweed deluxe style cathodyne driver for the phase inverter. With a good tune up, a nice set of tubes and the right speaker, this vintage Fender amp really is the ultimate grab-and-go combo.
