Shipping Info for our out-of-state Customers
Follow these few easy steps to ensure that your precious amplifier reaches us without any damage.
- Remove the chassis from the cabinet, if it's a
combo, remove all the tubes and bubble wrap them
very well along with the chassis. Pack them in a
heavy strong box and ship it to us. Doing that will
save you return shipping charges and ensures that
we have everything here needed for proper operation
of your amp.
- Insure your chassis for the full market value.
- If you are shipping a head, please keep it in the
cabinet and bubble wrap it real well. If it's a Fender,
or any top mount chassis, place the head in your
shipping carton upside down. This will ensure that
all the weight is on top of the chassis and not dangling,
this will also ensure a safe arrival and return to
you.
- If the amp is a Marshall, or a bottom mount chassis,
place it in the box upright, again ensuring that
the weight is on the bottom of the shipping carton.
- On all shipping boxes/cartons/crates use some Fragile
tape and write "This Side Up Please", it
works wonders and well worth the few dollars investment
and effort.
